The winning ticket was sold at Payless Liquors & Deli, 251 Elm St., Elmwood Park in Bergen County.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, Feb. 18, drawing were: 08, 21, 31, 32 and 37. The Red Power Ball number was 23. The Power Play was 4X.
